Philadelphia Eagles RB LeSean McCoy took some shots at New York Giants DE Osi Umenyiora via Twitter Thursday, saying the veteran defensive lineman was “overrated n soft 3rd best d-line on his team honestly.”

Umenyiora was contacted by the New York Times on Friday for a response to his future with the team and McCoy’s comments.

Umenyiora called McCoy “Chihuahua” and “Lady GaGa” and said “She can say whatever he wants about it.”

The interesting thing that the writer, Mark Viera, pointed out is the entire Giants defense came up with those nicknames for McCoy.

The Eagles-Giants rivalry has always been a good one, but if Umemyiora is still with the team next season, it should get even better.
